Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as air conditioning. The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large bedroom with queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a very small shower room.

Welcome to the Vine House. Ideally located: in the Cabessut district of Cahors. We live next door but without a direct view. Access to the cottage is independent. In the room is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people; in the mezzanine a single bed and a double bed. Access to the mezzanine is done with a fairly steep ladder. Ideal and quiet to enjoy Cahors on foot. ATTENTION: the cottage is not air-conditioned, not suitable in case of heatwave.

Small stone cottage, simple and pleasant, in the middle of woods and walnut orchards ideally located in the Périgord Noir. Large attic room (quite low ceiling) with stone walls, with a large double king size bed. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable night's sleep even in very hot weather. Small equipped kitchen, with oven and microwave. Spacious and bright bathroom. A charming terrace overlooking the forest, quiet from the birdsong.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.
