Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Located between the Aven and Belon rivers, the picturesque port of Rosbras, with its bar-restaurant is at just 750m, the Crêperie la Belle Angèle is a short 5 minute walk away, and the port of Belon (Riec) with its world famous oysters is also nearby.

This is our family home, built by my great-grandparents in the early 1900s. Some family memories, authenticity and modern comfort await you. From the garden there is a beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is nearby. There are 3 bedrooms with 180 x 200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.
