Tevens is er een WC beneden in de hal. Boven bevinden zich een grote overloop met 3 ruime slaapkamers met elk 2 eenpersoonsbedden, nog een aparte WC en een zeer ruime badkamer met douche en ligbad. In elke slaapkamer of op de overloop is ruimte genoeg om een extra eenpersoonsbed bij te plaatsen.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. This beautiful, freshly renovated apartment invites you to relax. There are many opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

You have your own terrace with a jacuzzi (also in winter) and can enjoy our garden with a beautiful pond. Space suitable for 2 adults. Private bathroom, kitchenette, sleeping loft with double bed, accessible via a spiral staircase. (Not suitable for people with reduced mobility / difficulty walking). Close to Venlo/Arcen, NP Maasduinen.

A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.

It's the perfect base for a variety of leisure activities in a charming setting. The Geni vacation home is a lovingly renovated and modernly converted cottage from the 19th century and was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
