Ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate 6 people. Free street parking. Located on the border of Lot, Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, discover: Sarlat, Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Biron, Monpazier, Belves. Gourdon, Les Arques, Cazals, Puy-l'Évêque, Cahors, Catus, Gavaudun, Penne-d'Agenais, Bonaguil, Monflanquin.

The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Pretty little stone house in the heart of a small hamlet. Many small forest walks. Pool with a view of the meadow for total disconnection. A stone's throw from Périgord and Lot, you will find a whole range of tourist sites and activities to delight the whole family: Medieval towns and bastides, castles, caves, boat or canoe rides on the Lot or Dordogne. Please note: July/August, reservation from Saturday to Saturday only.

Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
