Apartment holiday rentals in Loučná nad Desnou

The rented apartment was very lovely. We stayed there for a short work trip, so we recommend it for this purpose. Kłodzko was quite peaceful at this time of year, but there is an amazing opportunity to take a walk to the Kłodzko Fortress, which we highly recommend.

A Perfect Family Getaway! This is an excellent place to rest and recharge with the family. The house is spacious and truly feels like a home away from home. The surrounding area offers plenty of charming cities with beautiful landscapes and a variety of activities that kids will love. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We especially appreciated the toys prepared according to the age of our child. The accommodation is simply furnished, but functional. Both hosts were very nice and repeatedly asked us if we needed anything. The location is a really good starting point for various trips to the Rychlebské Mountains and Jeseníky Mountains.

Nice clean apartment with lots of details about the bee. We loved the apartment and it met our expectations. Biedronka store was basically around the corner. The village of Mezilesí lacks some distinctive charm, but you just have to go for a short walk and enjoy views of the beautiful landscape. Within easy driving distance is the village of Králíky and resort Dolní Morava. Recommended.

The host stood up to our sudden arrival (last-minute booking). Very kind, helpful, nothing was a problem. Accommodation ideal for athletes or active tourists. A clean and peaceful environment,nothing was missing. I recommend visiting the host's “Na One” pub - excellent Pilsen and a wide selection of quality rs.

Thank you so much for a beautiful and modern place to stay. Everything was in order. The place was clean, scented, and no problem. The description matches the photos - we might say that even better than the photos :) There was nothing missing between the amenities (all the dishes, towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ...). The location of the place was also convenient, without noise, but in a location where everything is a short walk. A souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a cafe were just on the ground floor. If you're hesitant to choose this place, we recommend 11/10 :) Thank you again for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay in Karlovo Studánka.

I am very happy with Mr. Wieslaw's apartment. It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything you need to relax is in the middle of it; a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a washing machine, etc.

Everything was great, accurate, taken care of.

Very nice and modern apartment. A pan for frying is missing, but otherwise everything you need for a longer stay is there. I'll book this again when I'm around.

A great place to stay for a few days or two-week holidays. Very cozy apartment and very well equipped. Located a few steps from the park, so great air, birds singing, and proximity to nature is an added bonus. Tea or breakfast on the large balcony worth recommending! This apartment has some unique warmth that positively affects family time, talking at a large table, or evenings by the board games that were there, but we also had our own. The apartment is a hit! Very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, making the stay really comfortable. The owner communicated great – quick responses to all questions and the instructions for the location of the apartment and key collection were clear and accurate. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend, good starting point for Zieleniec, clean nice apartment, according to the photos. It is possible to sign up for the sauna with the doorman. Uncovered parking right next to the building and there are always free spaces.

Beautiful area, terrace and balcony available. The apartment is from the "garden" so it is quieter than if it was located from the street. Beautiful views, parking with a view of the mountains, great neighborhood, the apartment itself has what is needed for everyday things:) And Ms. Agnieszka? Beautiful newly furnished apartment, well-equipped (dishes, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, iron,...). The bedrooms are small, but we spent most of our time in the shared room anyway. The wellness is for an additional fee, and it was always well-prepared after the order. The cleanliness was perfect everywhere (in the apartment, in the hallways, and wellness). The hosts are very kind and helpful.

The apartment was great — clean, modern, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed my stay. However, communication could have been better. Responses were a bit delayed and not very friendly. I also asked if early check-in was possible, but they said no, as the standard check-in time is 16:00. Overall, a good experience with the apartment itself, but communication could be improved
