Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Louisville

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

Sara and Olivia were the perfect hosts! I had several questions about coming to town since it was my first time to the area! They were always prompt when answering my questions and their recs were spot on! Perfectly walkable to the sweet downtown. If I’m ever back in Golden, I’d be thrilled to stay here again!

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

The space was very private and clean. It was bigger than expected and the perfect space to stay!

The space was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! Perfect for a weekend getaway with three girlfriends. We each had our own lovely private space and several cozy common areas to spend time together. The place is easy walking distance from the restaurants and shops of downtown Louisville and also abundant quiet open space. Sara was very kind and responsive, an excellent host! I highly recommend this place!

My family had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! We enjoyed the mountain views, hot tub, game tables, Xbox, and layout of the house. We would stay again, while next visiting the area. The house was easy to access and the surroundings beautiful.

Christen’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even better than it looked in the pictures—larger, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, an ironing board, and more. The couch was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and the walk-in closet was impressively spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

The home was absolutely perfect for our 5-sibling reunion to celebrate our nephew’s graduation. Four of us flew in from the east coast (NJ, SC and GA) and our last sibling is local so our families were able to all hang out together. Margo and Tim’s place is so well laid out, inside and outside, so there was plenty of sitting room and space to mingle. The kitchen was well-stocked so entertaining was a breeze. Bedrooms were all large and beds comfy! Someone said it was in one of the reviews but I missed it that the home is right next to a railroad track. The only one that woke me up was at 5am the first day but it really was not bad…it went slow past the house. Again, thank you to Margo and Tim for the use of your wonderful home - we would definitely come there again!

This house was amazing for our group of 9 ranging in ages from one to 70+. This house was perfect. We had plenty of room. The view was amazing!!! This house had tons of entertainment and thoughtful touches throughout. Whenever I thought to myself, it would be nice if there was….I immediately found it. We would 100% stay there again!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our 12-day stay at the "Annie House" was. Truly felt right at home in this welcoming place. The location was absolutely fabulous, being able to stroll & enjoy main street Louisville & cool nearby park. For our hosts, we can give them no less than a AAA+ rating being everything you could ask for. The home itself was so very comfortable & cozy and perfectly appointed right down to the cup hook key rack to hang my car keys just like at home. We feel Levi & Tif went the extra mile providing a highchair, pack-n-play & bedding for our new grandson, which was immensely appreciated. Thank you. We came to town to celebrate our son's graduation, his fiancé's graduation, both their birthdays, Mother's Day & an extended visit with l'il baby Liam. The privilege of having the historic "Annie House" (hosted by Tif & Levi), with its comfort, accommodations & location as our base of operations for all this has created wonderful, cherished memories for all of us.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

OUTSTANDING!!!! Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

Location was very convenient for us . Apartment was well equipped: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

This was such a lovely and peaceful bnb to retreat to. I can’t recommend it enough to future travelers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The apartment is a newly renovated part of a fourplex house, offers many amenities, and has the charm of a real home. The apartment is very clean—with a personal touch thanks to the tasteful interior—and offers a fully equipped, wonderful kitchen (gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, sharp knives, basic food and spices; washing machine and dryer), a cozy living room, a terrace with a wonderful view of the Flatirons, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and a great, comfortable bed. I did not miss a thing there! I also loved the location: it's only a walkable 1.2 miles to the mountains and greenery—perfect for hiking and trail running, etc.; the city center, the university, and Chautauqua Park are also not far away; and supermarkets (regular and organic) are less than a 5-minute drive away. On top of all this, the communication with Eric really couldn't have been better! I would come back here anytime! 5***** Recommended.
