Lower floor Small laundry room. Spa and gym room with Jacuzzi bathtub and power jet massage shower,sauna and a sauna shower enclosure, training bicycle and training weight bench. Large glass doors leading to the villa’s private grass garden. On this floor, in Villa Daphne, the fifth bedroom is located in an annex with independent entrance, comprising of one en suite bedroom, and a small kitchen, terrace and breakfast table with chairs. Pool dimensions: 4m. x 10m., Deep end: 1.70m., Shallow end: 1.30m. Pool can be heated in early and late season months ( small supplement applies for pool heating, please inquire).
