Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Light-filled, lakeview retreat above Menaggio

The newly renovated "Casa Mina" sits in the lovely town of Loveno, a 20-minute walk (or short drive) above Menaggio. The building itself was at one time a Monastery, but that was at least 200 years ago! We renovated the apartment in 2025, specifically to prepare it for Airbnb. Now it is a light-filled, brand new & super stylish 3-person apartment, with all the modern amenities, but it's still got that old Italian cultural feel.

A car is recommended, though walking or public transport is also possible, even if not very frequent.

Appartamento Principe is located on the first floor of a historic building on Menaggio’s lakeside, formerly Hotel Principe. It features a grand living room with stuccoed ceilings, a lake-view balcony, elegant bedrooms with convertible double beds, a modern kitchen, an informal dining area and two bathrooms. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi included.
