New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. Light-filled, lakeview retreat above Menaggio

The newly renovated "Casa Mina" sits in the lovely town of Loveno, a 20-minute walk (or short drive) above Menaggio. The building itself was at one time a Monastery, but that was at least 200 years ago! We renovated the apartment in 2025, specifically to prepare it for Airbnb. Now it is a light-filled, brand new & super stylish 3-person apartment, with all the modern amenities, but it's still got that old Italian cultural feel.
