Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Upper unit in vintage 4 family with long term tenants below and I live in the other upper. Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Violation results in $500 cleaning fee/poor review

This is a very unique place. Great location near down town and amazing river views from the spacios kitchen. Completely remodeled, new bathroom and kitchen, flooring and plenty of light. Located on the second floor of our historic 9 unit building, where we offer unique short term rentals, you will enjoy the open space, quite location and great amenities. We really liked the home! It had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable space, it felt like home. The couch and bed was very comfortable and loved the soft duvet and clean sheets. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. Having our own 2 car garage was a bonus. Anmol was a very responsive host and he was so polite and helpful. We have no regrets staying here, and would love to come back next time we visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alex is very helpful and supportive. The house is very spacious, and worth every penny. I had some minor issues with one of the bathrooms, but it was fixed right away as Alex has sent the technicians in less than 2 hours. Also, if one thing that is special about Alex and his wife Maria is their generosity, something that you don’t find it easily in some hosts. I literally didn’t need to get any towel, paper towels, cleaning supplies and soaps. The house was very well equipped. The neighborhood is very safe, and there is a golf and tennis court nearby. I like the stay, I am looking to book again in Aug.

I was pleased with my stay, especially for the price. Hosts were responsive. I wish the place had a fan or some form of individual temperature control. The stove in the kitchen also left a lot to be desired, but did it's job. Other than that, the bed was comfy, place was clean. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to others.
