We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. I could not be happier about the staying at Wiltrud's AirBnB. I stayed there for 6 entire months and I have not one single complaint to make, only compliments. When we stay at an AirBnB, we search for something that works like a clock, and that's what Wiltrud competence and attention provided me. If you are looking for a place to stay in Vienna for a while, I really strongly recommend this place. I had even friends who had to leave before me, because their staying time was over, and they decide afterwards to come back, just to have the same peace. If that doesn't convince us, I don't know what would.

We spent four days here during the long weekend. The house is located in an Austrian village close to the autobahn. It’s a 25-minute drive from Bratislava and 40 minutes from Vienna. As guests, we had access to the ground floor and the backyard, which includes a grill area and a hot tub. The house is modern and equipped with everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. The rooms are well designed, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

We had a great time in Vienna. We really liked the location of the apartment, it is well connected to the subway (5 min) and tram (2 min). As a result, you are quickly in the city center and have your very own and worthwhile neighborhood in front of the house. Eduardo is always approachable, friendly and flexible. Self check-in convenient, especially if you're traveling with several friends. Super kitchen. We will be happy to come back.
