The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower + toilet, a separate toilet, and, in one of the bedrooms, an additional shower + sink. One bedroom faces Löwengasse and has two windows installed for soundproofing, while the other two face the courtyard. The bedrooms facing the inner courtyard have shutters on the outside.
