Not all Nest rooms at Lissi have a wardrobe. But if you need more space to spread out, check out the lobby or bar. Located between Schwedenplatz and Stephansdom, Ruby Lissi is a great base for exploring Vienna's buzzing bar and restaurant scene, along with the city's top museums and parks. City tax is included in the price.

The couch is extendable and can be used as an emergency bed (child up to 6 years) The adjacent garden of 5000sqm, with its therapeutic energies, puts you in your balance. The forest about 80 m away invites you to take walks so your soul can recharge. The hot tub can be used seasonally for an extra fee. Especially ideal for all those seeking peace and quiet who want to treat their body to well-being.

Wenn Sie es überschaubar, aber doch auch geräumig wollen, werden Sie unser Studio Superior lieben. Mit seinen 40m² bietet es viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Diese Studios befinden sich in den ehemaligen Herrschaftsräumlichkeiten. Die teilweise historischen Räume in der Beletage sind höher als die normalen Studios und präsentieren sich mit hohen Doppelflügeltüren, Holztäfelungen, Parkettböden oder Stuckdecken.

Casa-Herzogenburg

Centrally located and surrounded by greenery. Garden with swimming pool and trampoline as well as the sauna area can be used by arrangement. The warm hostess Lisi lives on the second floor and shares a staircase with the residential unit for rent. The property is lovingly furnished with natural wood furniture. By arrangement, it is possible to use the garage parking space in the courtyard.

Ready for take-off? For all the pioneers and adventurers out there, we have built the explorer bed. Take off into your very own Viennese adventure. This quiet room offers everything you need: a glassed-in rain shower, fluffy towels and sheets of fair-trade quality, responsibly sourced shower gel & shampoo, mega-watt hairdryer, flat-screen TV, mobile desk & chair and separate WC.

This elegant home creates a trendy backdrop for your stay. This studio features soundproofed walls, a minibar, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The studio is also air-conditioned and has its own entrance and flat screen satellite TV. Wine/champagne is also ready for you. The unit is equipped with a double bed and a bed. A desk is also available.

Small private room in my apartment

I live in the very centrally located apartment and the small lockable room is for your exclusive use at your disposal. Attention! the flat is on the 4th floor, no elevator!! (100 steps to go). You can get to the city center by walk in about 10-15 minutes. The price per night is for 1 guest. I will be personally present upon arrival and hand over the key.
