Condo holiday rentals in Lower Highland, Denver

We stayed at Eitam’s place for two nights while going to a concert at Red Rocks. It was conveniently located in a very quiet well kept neighborhood. The area was very safe and we were able to get a rideshare within minutes. This is a basement apartment, but we had no issues with any noise from the upper unit. The kitchen was perfect for two and the bathroom facilities had everything we needed. The walk in shower had a great waterfall shower head. I had one or two questions during the booking and during our stay. Eitam responded within minutes each time. We would happily return in the future!

We stayed at John and Kimberly's place for a conference at the Colorado Convention Center. The location was perfect. The unit was close enough to the convention center to walk, but far enough from the convention center hotels to feel removed from the convention crowds. There were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was huge - plenty of space and privacy for two people. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a 4-night stay. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. They responded to all our questions quickly. In addition, the front desk staff at the building was friendly and helpful. The building also has nice amenities. We used the gym and outdoor recreation area almost every day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Denver.

I love Denver!!! Tahz’s location puts downtown Denver at our fingertips; and the school across the street with the voices of scores of children running and playing so carefree was good for my heart and soul.

We had a great stay at Natalie’s place! We went to two padres games at Coors Field and it was just a short walk. Highly recommend

This condo was beautiful and cozy. It had such a warm welcoming feeling the moment you open the door. Along with a pristine kitchen, the bathroom had an amazing bathtub. It’s perfect for a single traveler or two people who want a private, quiet space to unwind, but also want access to the light rail. Perry Station is literally next to the window, but the sound of the train coming by isn’t disruptive at all. The neighbors keep to themselves as well. There was easy access to apps for streaming on the TV. Climate control was easy to manage with the thermostat. Kerri’s place was so easy to get to after a short walk from parking on the street. The flexible and easy check in was very convenient and felt secured when I visited other places. Kerri’s instructions were very clear and no trouble to follow at all. She’s a wonderful, responsive host. I’ll probably come back very soon!

Great location on Larimer Street. Close to downtown amenities and 1 mile to cool warehouse district. Very possible to walk here from Union Station. Running and walking trails easy to access. Lobby attendants very friendly. Shower and bathroom just as described. Place was exceptionally clean and neat.

The apartment was very convenient and well decorated. Thoughtful amenities and very clear instructions. The host was easily available for any help or advice and made our stay easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Stayed for a couple nights in downtown, this was a perfect base to stay at. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, and parking was convenient. Its location on Larimer gives easy access to all things downtown Denver.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Tyler's place. Good location. Nice amenities.

Jessica’s place was exactly what everyone else has been saying: outstanding! First, it is a large and comfortable space. Two bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo provide privacy. Each room has a king bed, which is a nice bonus. Both have plenty of closet and storage space. The second bathroom is across the hall from the second bedroom making it super convenient. Beds are comfortable, towels are soft, kitchen is very well appointed and the living room is a nice space to relax as needed. HVAC was excellent at maintaining a comfortable temperature. Second, it’s in a good location with an easy walk to Coors Field and everything in that vicinity. Several nice places to grab something to eat within a five-minute walk. It’s about 30 minutes to the airport. Finally, Jessica is an excellent host who is very responsive to your inquiries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if my travels take me back to Denver.

Great stay overall for my brother and I during our trip to Golden. Kelly provided great instructions on how to get into the unit and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

If you’re considering renting Deanna’s treehouse for a stay in Colorado, I ABSOLUTELY recommend you book with her. She was a wonderful host and was very kind. My mom and i stayed here while visiting Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks! The venue was a short drive away from the airbnb which was a huge plus! Deanna’s beautiful treehouse is perfect for a concert getaway in Colorado. I hope to book with Deanna again for future vacations in Colorado ! :)

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Denver area!!!!! Host was top tier; Host was flexible with check in times and responded to EVERY text I sent. Place was clean and the area was nice and quiet.

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Access was super clear and easy which was so good given we landed at close to midnight! Parking was easy at the building and lots to do close by. Fabulous stay!

Great place to stay, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Nearby a lot of amenities and close to the freeway. Host was responsive when we had a few comments about some damage to the blinds. Offered to fix right away. Only thing was the slight staining in the tub but that’s pretty normal with wear on showers. Also the dish drying rack was old and worn down looking, wouldn’t have used it personally but there was a dishwasher that worked great. Overall everything else was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect apartment for my needs. Nadine’s studio apartment is perfect for a solo traveller or couple, visiting for a short while. Clean, well appointed, and great central location near I-25, Target and restaurants.

Caden’s Airbnb is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. It’s easy to access and conveniently located near restaurants and points of interest. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Very clean and easy to find! Perfect place to stay if you want something with lots of different food options within walking distance. Also fit the description perfectly!

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.
