Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lower Highland, Denver

Perfect stay. Clean, communicative, felt like home. Well stocked with anything you need. Beautiful street, well located. The description clearly states low ceilings. I knew that, was ok with it. I’m 6’3 and wasn’t an issue (had about an inch at the lowest ceiling point in the shower), so host left some wiggle room on that front. I’ll be back - as family lives in the neighborhood.

Amanda’s home was so cozy, comfy, easeful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard area was a great place to get afternoon sun. The front porch, the perfect place to sip a morning tea. Comfortable couch and bed for lounging and catching up on emails after our long drive. We only stayed one night on our way through town, but we made the walk over to the lake park with our dog, so beautiful! I did not see this listed anywhere- this home is a twin home, meaning it shares a wall with another home, like a duplex. We did not experience any disruption from the neighbors and Amanda also had an air purifier going which acted as a white noise machine. Fantastic stay!

What a wonderful experience! Danielle was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! And the puppies were so sweet and friendly!! It was an incredible marathon vacation.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, the place itself is gorgeous, I love how it was decorated, everything felt top of the line but also homey. They thought of all amenities, kitchen essentials and beyond, like a blender. There is great individual space and collective space. We had a lot of “extra “ that we needed to coordinate because of our schedule, we extended our stay, and they made everything as easy as possible. They were very clear on expectations, communication, communications, and were easy to work with. Thank you!

A comfy home away from home. What a cozy apartment with a great bed. I slept so well. It is in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. a few nice eating spots close by - Cafe Miriam, Syrup and the best ever - Pete's Kitchen. Close to the zoo and museums in a beautiful park and then a cheap Uber ride to downtown. The hosts sent clear instructions and then were immediately responsive to every message I sent them.

Gold Star for Lauren! Starting with the welcome note describing the directions for the house: clear and precise.I could tell Lauren pays attention to details and cares about her property. This was an emotional weekend for us, and Lauren was extremely compassionate and aware of the circumstances. We ended up needing a new coffee pot and she was sure to have a brand new coffeepot delivered express to the house before the following morning. Knowing the import of the coffee ritual , IYKYK, we were so appreciative of the manifestation of that new pot and new coffee! The kitchen is well stocked , dishwasher works well, the W/D work well, WIFI works well, her choices for products all cruelty free and conscientious, great water pressure and her care for how it was feeling to us was apparent. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful , peaceful and plenty of parking right in front of the house. I would most definitely stay again! Needed a place to stay in Denver, and I came across Daphne’s place. I absolutely enjoyed and loved it! The place felt comfortable and like I was home. Daphne was also very communicative and helpful. I would definitely go here again if I visit Denver again. Thank you Daphne for letting me stay at your place!!

Couldn’t have asked for better. This was a safe, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for my 73 and 77 year old parents. They loved the extras Craig tucked away for breakfast/snacks in the fridge and drawer and each appreciated greeting the morning on the attached back deck. Craig was available, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. And my goodness is it a great location. I live two blocks away so know very well how easy it is to walk a few minutes to the park, a few different groceries, and good restaurants. Thanks to their positive experience in the Botanic Room, my folks are excited to come back to Denver. Hooray!

This was a great find. We had one small hiccup but Jaimi was more than accommodating and made our stay comfortable. She was responsive, kind, and has a very cute pup!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

Really enjoyed the accommodations. The rooms were large and well appointed. We had everything we needed, and Travis was very attentive and accommodating. Since we would be arriving late at night, Travis allowed our daughter-in-law to stock the fridge before our arrival. It was wonderful to have eggs available for cooking at 2:00 am, after traveling all day without a chance to eat. We would recommend these accommodations to everyone.

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

I had a lovely stay at Mish’s! Their home was lovely, and had incredible decor, great location and a really comfortable vibe for me and my dogs. I would definitely stay here again!!

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our visit to Denver. The place is perfect walking distance for Empower! We were in town for a concert and it was ideal. Close to restaurants and shops as well. The home was large and spacious, clean and perfect.

Great central location in Denver. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, bars, breweries, and Coors field without any issues. The apartment itself was perfect, check-in was very easy.

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!

Fantastic location, five minute walk to Coors Field as well as just about all of the good restaurants. it’s quiet, spacious and has an incredible view of downtown & mile high stadium. Great helpful staff in the building. Just was on top of everything!!!
