Charming apartment with exposed beams and stones of 65 m2 with outdoor space, in the heart of a pretty Charentais village located between land and sea. 35 minutes from Châtelaillon Plage, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Saintes and 35 minutes from Rochefort. Note for people with limited mobility that access to the apartment is via a slightly steep staircase. This apartment is located on our property but independent of our house with its entrance and private garden area.

You will find a large Jacuzzi, a king size bed 180*200, a 146 cm TV perfect for your romantic evenings! In the bathroom, a large shower with a rainfall shower head. The attic room with a skylight above the bed is accessible via a miller's ladder. Small novelty: A massage table is available.
