We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. THE BOHEMIAN ATTIC.

L'appartamento è un progetto mio e di mio fratello. Abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione di persona realizzando artigianalmente gli arredi. Si trova all'interno della cinta muraria di Lucca, con soffitti ad oltre 3 metri e doppi affacci che rendono lo spazio decisamente luminoso. Possiede un piccolo balcone e un caminetto decorativo (non utilizzabile per regolamento cittadino). E' un attico e si trova al 3° piano di un edificio storico, non possiede ascensore.
