Beachfront holiday rental in Lucera

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und der Balkon hat einen Traumblick aufs Meer. Das Einchecken war super einfach und der Gastgeber hat super schnell auf Fragen reagiert und weiter geholfen. Man kann einfache Gerichte zubereiten, Grundausstattung an Geschirr ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist bequem und hat eine gute Größe. Zur Altstadt gelangt man in ein paar Minuten, zum Strand 15-20 Minuten bergab (rückwärts wieder hoch). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit einem guten Standard ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche sind klein und hatten muffig gerochen. Über eine enge Wendeltreppe ist die fantastische Dachterrasse zu erreichen. Die sehr gute Möblierung und der weitreichende Blick über das Meer und die Altstadt sind herausragend und waren ein echtes Highlight. Die Unterkunft lässt sich mit dem Auto nicht anfahren, aber auch der Fußweg über das Altstadtpflaster mit den eingelassenen Stufen machen den Gepäcktransport etwas schwierig. Kleines Gepäck ist dann ein echter Vorteil. WLAN wäre schön gewesen. Die Unterkunft würden wir wieder buchen.

Siamo stati sicuramente fortunati a trovare bel tempo nonostante siamo andati l'ultima settimana di settembre, quindi inizio autunno. il luogo è tranquillissimo, abbiamo goduto di ampia privacy e silenzio. Antonio e il suo team sono molto cordiali e gentili, ci hanno sempre aiutati. la casa ha tutto ciò che occorre, pulita e luminosa. per fortuna avevamo una zanzariera, perché era pieno. spero di ritornare il prossimo anno.

Esperienza molto positiva. La sig.ra Libera e sig.ra Anna molto gentili,cordiali e disponibili. Posto molto bello e rilassante, chi vuole staccare dalla vita frenetica della città, è il posto ideale. Molto molto consigliato. Grazie di tutto.

We wish we had stayed longer here than what we did in the end. Giuseppe is what you would call an outstanding host, who cares to the utmost degree about his guests and serves them with pride. The house, with its charming knick knacks and endless places to explore, gives you this feeling of peace. The view from the balcony is incredible so take a seat in one of the hanging chairs, enjoy a glass of something and admire the beauty of nature. We are definitely coming back and staying longer next time!!! Thank you so much!!!

Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und liebevoll weihnachtlich eingerichtet und Maria war stets sehr gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und die schöne Innenstadt von Manfredonia fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Maria!

Piccolo alloggio ma pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Salvatore è stato gentile e disponibile. Cenato due sere alla "coppola rossa" che è veramente a due passi, personale gentile, mangiato bene entrambe le volte, nota positiva in più (per chi come noi viaggia con ilmpeloso al seguito) nessun problema per l'accesso con il cane

Ottima posizione, spiaggia di Peschici raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, molti servizi nei paraggi. Indispensabile l'aria condizionata perché l'alloggio in cui abbiamo soggiornato era esposto tutto il giorno. Lenzuola e asciugamani non compresi nel prezzo per cui è consigliabile portarseli da casa. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Consigliato!

Siamo stati accolti da Cosimo e Maria che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il posto è tranquillo, il mare è bellissimo e la piscina pulitissima. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. Ci torneremo sicuramente

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf! Basso is een supervriendelijke host die ervoor zorgt dat je niks tekort komt en als je iets nodig hebt staat hij binnen een paar minuten voor je klaar. Hij is heel proactief in de communicatie en vraagt regelmatig of alles nog naar wens is en of je iets nodig hebt. Hij heeft ons zelfs verse abrikozen uit eigen tuin gebracht. Het appartement is exact als op de foto's: het is nog helemaal nieuw, supermooi ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De keuken is compleet, de bedden zijn erg comfortabel en de badkamer is heel schoon en heeft een fijne douche. Het terrein word heel goed onderhouden. Er is elke dag wel iemand aanwezig die het met zorg ontworpen terrein netjes houd. Het hoogtepunt is misschien wel het fijne zwembad. Er staan comfortabele ligbedden en parasols om helemaal tot rust te komen tijdens je vakantie. Bedankt voor alles! We zullen zeker terugkomen.

Apparemment agréable Manque quelques appareils comme la cafetiere, grille pain micro-ondes....

le personnel de l'accueil est réactif et très aimable. Le logement avec une grande cuisine correspond bien aux besoins de 2 adultes avec 1 enfant. La chambre est bien agencée avec un grand lit très confortable . La résidence était calme début mai toutefois, les cloisons sont minces, on entend un peu les voisins. La résidence dispose d'une plage privée avec transats ainsi que d'une piscine. Par contre, le restaurant pratique des prix assez élevés par rapport aux autres établissements fréquentés dans la région touristique des Pouilles. Le dessert était cher et à peine décongelé. Les plats sont peu copieux mais très bons.

Très chouette logement situé à l’extrémité d’un village vacances, lui même situé à 5 minutes d’une très belle plage de sable blond. Malgré le fait d’être dans un village vacances, l’appartement est situé au calme avec un jardin privatif et même une terrasse avec vue mer et village, sur le toit (attention en été ça chauffe!). Pour les marcheurs, le village de Peschici est à 15 minutes à pied (attention ça monte !) mais il y a une supérette à 2 minutes du logement très pratique en rentrant de la plage ;). Plusieurs resto et bars de plage sont à proximité immédiate. Gaia nous a accueillis et conseillés en présence de Danillo qui parlait français. Bref emplacement au top pour se reposer et découvrir le Gargano, porte d’entrée des Pouilles quand on vient de France 🇫🇷.

The B& B Villa was the absolute best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. and we have stayed at a lot. The six rooms where more than enough and comfortable, each with a bathroom. For seven adults, the amenities were everything we needed to cook dinner, have lunch and breakfasts. there were play areas with a ping pong table and board games and a beautiful pool in the back with many lounge chais and a large charcoal BBQ with large outdoor dining table. The are dining areas inside and on the front porch. The views were magnificen, in the front the sea, and in the back the mountain. absolutely breathtaking. His wife Sarah and Michele where very helpful. to the point that Michele repaired the bottom of the rental car. There are no laundry machines we can use. but Sarah did the laundry for us, at no charge. As I said the Villa is an absolutely beautiful spot and a great time. We have no complaints.

Très jolie maison très bien entretenue. Lucio et Marilina nous ont bien accueillie. L'accès à la plage en 2 minutes nous a permis des baignades très tôt le matin et tard le soir, et ça, c'est est un privilège. La proximité des campings n'est pas du tout gênante, et elle offre un grand choix de restaurants. Nous recommendons vivement.

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

Das Doppelhaus ist super gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren in der Nachsaison im Oktober da. Das direkte Nachbarhaus war zu der Zeit frei, damit hatten wir ein echtes alleinstehendes Haus mit voller Privatsphäre. Und Privatstrand! Die kleine Liegestuhl-Vermietgastro war natürlich schon geschlossen, und über paar Treppen der leere Strand direkt erreichbar. Wir haben Enricos Strandliegen genutzt, damit hatten wir noch paar echte Strandtage. Am Nachmittag wird das Areal immer mal von einem jungen Moto-Cross Fahrer genutzt, der wahrscheinlich noch zu jung für einen Führerschein ist…das kann etwas nerven, ist aber immer nur zeitweise vorgekommen, dafür aber täglich…eine Beeintächtigung während der Nacht oder Vormittags gab es nicht…nur das Rauschen des Meeres…wir können als Familie das Haus von Enrico wärmstens empfehlen!

Siamo stati accolti da Lucrezia e suo marito che ci hanno mostrato la casa e dato le prime indicazioni necessarie per ambientarci; inoltre quando durante il soggiorno ci è capitato di avere delle domande hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente. Ci hanno messo a disposizione un seggiolone ed un lettino per il nostro bambino di 2 anni e, avendo due figli, ci hanno lasciato un po' di asciugamani di vario tipo in più in caso di necessità. L'appartamento corrisponde appieno alle foto presenti sul sito ed il terrazzo permette di godersi delle splendide cene vista mare.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la casa è grande e ben arredata, completa di tutto per la cucina e la spiaggia, bellissima la terrazza che purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere a pranzo perché l’ombrellone era rotto, avrei preferito trovare la biancheria per le camere ed il bagno magari pagando un po’ di più. Struttura e Host consigliati e se possibile ci torneremo!! Giorgio

Emplacement idéal dans un petit quartier typique et populaire… proche du centre-ville accessible à pieds. Appartement rénové avec goût et très bien équipé. Le spot idéal pour rayonner dans cette région magnifique.

L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione dell’annuncio. È anzi più spazioso di quanto immaginassi. Confortevole e comodo anche per la sua posizione nel centro del paese. La casa è dotata di tutto e rimane silenziosa e riservata. Host gentili e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente.

Conforme à l'annonce. Parking proche de l'appartement. Hôte et conciergerie très réactifs et de bons conseil. Il n'y a aucun problème, que des solutions. La terrasse est une pièce de vie. Dans la vieille ville, donc pas mal de restaurants et bars. Séjour conforme à nos attentes, sauf le passage de la dépression Boris ! Mais là, le propriétaire n'a rien pu faire pour nous 🙂
