In apartment, there is always a double bed (can be also separated for twin bed if needed), single sofa bed for third person, kitchenette, TV, bathroom, and dining table / or bar. There is a kitchenette with basic equipment and a stove. Around the house is a deck with a bench and outdoor fireplace.
