70-square-meter apartment (3 rooms) in the city center, on the ground floor of an early 20th-century house with a garden. 5 minutes from the train station, 40 m from the bus stop and a 2-minute walk from the lake. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. In one of the two rooms there is an exit onto a small terrace overlooking the garden, with a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
