Brilliant stay at Fabiono’s apartment! Spotlessly clean, had every amenity needed and much Very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had and was also very happy to accommodate any request we had! 100% recommend!

Great apartment right on the edge of the lake in Luino. It is spacious and clean and has all the equipment to cook at home, but there are also a lot of nice restaurants at walking distance. Andrea is a great host, he helped us find a (free) parking spot near the apartment, he welcomed us personally and gave us some vouchers so we could get free breakfast at the cafe downstairs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was very clean, very well equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom. The street is quite busy, but traffic decreases at night. The windows have triple glazing, which also helps. At night, you can open the windows to the courtyard. For the windows in the bedroom, I would have liked opaque curtains to prevent the morning light from brightening the bedroom (despite the closed shutters). The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom was great. It had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, respond quickly and are helpful.

Great accommodation in the center of Luino. The apartment is perfectly furnished and a clear recommendation! Very clean and has everything you need. We would book again at any time.
