The place was very clean and organized, had many furniture, appliances, crockery, etc. For USP students, like me, the place is very close (10 minutes walk), and the internal bus stop is right at the nearest entrance. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. The price was very fair, cost-effective! I would recommend it.

I quite liked the apartment. I just missed a little table to use a notebook/work, and as a suggestion tbm they could leave one or two bottles of water in the minibar, since there is no filter in the apt. Only for the guest to survive until they go out to buy. But I found the property very clean and tidy, bed and sheets good, great shower too. Gostei and would return.
