On Brändön a small village North of Luleå you find this accommodation. Here you live close to nature, beaches and trails perfekt for running or walking. At the boat harbor the walkingtrail called Kuststigen begins. It's a forest path that runs along our beautiful coastal strip. There is a shorter and a longer walk. If you want, you can take a walk from the village center up to the top of Flakaberget and enjoy the view. Luleå city center is 23km away and to Storheden's shopping area is 27km.

Naturbelägen fristående lägenhet ”gårdshus” beläget 10 minuter utanför Luleå centrum. Direkt anslutning till natur och skoterspår. Boendet byggdes 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, badrum med toalettartiklar, skrivbord, soffa, loftsäng för två vuxna (140 cm) och en enkelsäng under (90 cm). 500 meter till närmaste busshållplats samt fri parkering på gården vid huset. Observera att kollektivtrafiken inte går särskilt regelbundet, varpå vi rekommenderar gäster att ha egen bil.

Close to Ormberget with ski tracks and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view over the bay. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20 minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and city close by!

Parking space is available for rent on the property. 15-minute walk to the city center, 10 minutes to the grocery store. Bus stop outside the house. Cafe/restaurant 3 min walk from the house.

This 2.5:a located at a convenient distance to downtown. The apartment is located on the third floor with gift location and offers a great light. Here you can enjoy well-planned surfaces and a lovely glassed-in balcony! There is a master bedroom with a double bed of 180cm and a smaller room for storage or home office or small extra room. Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.

I have been rearranging the room since I bought the flat, the last few pictures are the present ones. I am satisfied by now. It will keep this way for a while. Perhaps I will arrange more later. Hope it will be a good surprise for guests.
