A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
