Peaceful, quiet, private and cozy house at the end of the road, nestled between forest and sea. Free panoramic views north over the sea provide excellent opportunities to see the northern lights directly from the tree deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-burning stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or skiing on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next to it. It's an interior door between the apartments but it's blocked and well insulated so it's not that responsive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable property!

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.
