Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Unique tree house by the lake

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. This charming house is 2.5 km from Piteå sea bath. Access to beach and small boat and jetty. Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest trails and bike paths. Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and combined office and bedroom with nice views. This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.
