The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4. Good transportation. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!
