Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Lovely 4-room-apartment in 2-familyhouse with seperate entrance and free parking. The apartment is on the second and third floor. The neigbourhood is safe, green and idyllic close to Mariaplan/Slottsskogen/Central Gothenburg. The house is from 1923 and got lots of contempary details like wooden floors etc. Please note that there is a scaffolding on the gable of the house (exterior) since this side willl be repainted during april/may. No disturbing noise, not affect parking lot or entrance.
