Unsere kleine Villa steht Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt komplett und exclusiv zur Verfügung. Weder wir als Vermieter noch Gäste sind dann im Haus. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße in Sasel und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen und verbindet dadurch ruhiges, komfortables Wohnen mit der Infrastruktur einer Großstadt. In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Saseler Markt und das attraktive Alstertaleinkaufzentrum. Die Einfahrt hat 2 Carportplätze (bei Bedarf Platz für 3 weitere Autos)

Our villa (250 sqm) is located in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath, an idyllic little place in a quiet location with its own forest and beautiful large park similar garden(6000 sqm). Amelinghausen is a great recreation and holiday area that includes countless recreational opportunities such as Hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports at Lake Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildpark is also around the corner.

Your "favorite place" in the heart of Lüneburg Heath awaits you! This almost 450 square meter manor house offers you an unforgettable stay. For children, it is the purest paradise! We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

A carport is located directly at the house.

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
