You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. In the owners' large garden, enjoy a pleasant equipped studio with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility 2 cars). The owners have dogs, chickens, rabbit. Ping pong table. Outdoor gas plancha on request, to be cleaned. Hiking trail nearby. Castles to visit. Several nearby restaurants, as well as small shops. "La cabane", an atypical home in the countryside.

"La Cabane" is made up of panels of Douglas fir and fully sliding Plexiglas, adapting to your desires. Its patio will allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. The hundred percent sliding walls live to the rhythm of the weather and the wood; an atypical experience, in the heart of the Charente countryside!
