The house was exactly as described and Jerri is a warm, flexible hostess, responsive to needs and questions. The kitchen is well stocked and the house very comfortable, the beds cozy and the location perfect for chasing waterfalls, collecting Yooper Lites, finding great coffee and walking distance from lovely trails. Recommendations were spot on for our needs and interests and instructions clear, reasonable and easy to follow. We loved the firepit in the back yard to end days of hiking and kayaking. Highly recommend!

Scott was an amazing host. His house is so unique and he literally has everything you'd need in it for cooking, entertainment, and relaxation. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful and located within minutes of some of the best fish fry and smoked fish I've ever had. Would definitely come back again!

What can you say? This home has a gorgeous private black sand beach in a small cove directly below the house. So beautiful and peaceful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house itself is lovely with very nice linens and super comfortable beds and pillows and a charming cabin vibe. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is fantastic- near Split Rock lighthouse, Tettegouche and Gooseberry Falls. The communication about how to check in and what amenities are available is incredibly detailed and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Very nice experience. It was an unbelievablely beautiful house (photos don't do it justice). The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

We loved our stay at Iver’s Place! Great location for a North Shore getaway. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house is better than as described in the announcement..Very well decorated and full of amenities. Humongous TV with top of the line Bluetooth sound system. The home WiFi is a relief given that the cell connection in the region is sketchy at best. The kitchen has all the basic appliances, pots, pans, and dinnerware. BTW, there are more spices and condiments than a supermarket. The main bedroom is on the second floor and it’s huge with direct access to a deck. It has a full bathroom. We used the deck at night to watch the stars as there is very little light contamination. The second bedroom is in the first floor and though small it has a full bed and a small desk. There is also a convenient half bathroom in the first floor. Be sure to follow the directions provided by Erik as the GPS takes you through an inaccessible way. Though the location is a little bit isolated, we felt very secured and enjoyed the privacy it provides. Overall, I highly recommend this house and will use it again

Peaceful and serene surroundings, we even saw some deers next to the house. The interior was clean and pristine. It’s a cozy place that makes you feel like you can really rest!

Viv greeted us in person the evening we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, used the charcoal grill each evening, and slept well on the very comfortable mattress.

Debbie's place was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It's a great location - walkable to restaurants and shops, and close to the Bear and Wolf centers and close to hiking trails. We would highly recommend!

Kelly did a great job on this space and thought of everything you might need. I loved how spacious it was and the lovely country-feel while still being in the city. Kudos to your efforts. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location and beautifully decorated! Oh, they also have a small record player with a few classic LP’s! Our family had a great time!

The cozy bear den was clean, comfortable and cozy! It’s in a great location, close to all of the north shore parks and other attractions. We needed last minute accommodations and the owners were responsive and able to help. The sauna was an added bonus. Recommend!!

The AIRBNB we had booked for a ski weekend cancelled our reservation 4 hours before check in after driving from Chicago through nonstop snowstorms over 2 days due to a "double booking" . We located this property because it was a busy weekend and not much else was available with the assistance of AIRBNB support. So happy we were able to stay here! Location was perfect as we were skiing at Big Powderhorn (1 min away) and Snowriver (15 min away). The villa was clean and exactly as described. The kids had a great time in the hot tub after a long day on the hills and the adults had a great time warming up next to the fireplace with a cocktail. Slept 3 adults and 4 kids comfortably and we did not feel crowded at all. Kitchen and all amenities were perfect for our needs. Will definitely look up this listing again next year when we return for our annual trip to the UP.

This was our second year staying at David’s place and we would definitely come back again. Great location and nice accommodations

We enjoyed spending the weekend at Anna’s place! A few of us took part in the Superior Spring Trail Run, it was the perfect home base for our active weekend. Comfortable, clean and a wonderful view. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna on site. We would definitely stay again.

The water falls and hiking areas are conveniently near by, the view is amazing. If your looking for an amazing weekend i suggest taking the trip and rejuvenate your family life and your love in each other because it really help my family and I.

The place was spotless. The fire was cozy, the hot tub was hot, and was perfect for our ski weekend minus the sub zero temps.

We absolutely loved our stay! The connivence of the ski in and ski out was amazing. The rooms were a good size. Pillows comfy. We had three children with us that loved the bunk bed bedroom. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to end the night after skiing. There is a puzzle and an arcade machine available for family fun. We would have loved to see a deck of cards or board game; but generally speaking those are items that can be brought from home. Overall, the cabin was perfect..

Great location with ski in ski out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, and Tupperware. I'm sure our group will be staying here again in the future.
