Welcome to our stylish vacation apartment – ideal for families, groups, and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

A fantastic vacation home, attractively furnished in a rustic hunting lodge style, located directly on a large inland lake with excellent water quality. The perfect place for water sports enthusiasts, families, dog owners and nature lovers. The house has a spacious private sandy beach with exclusive access to Lake Prüßsee. Nature is beautiful at any time of the year and can be explored from your own jetty with boats and SUPs. Fishing in your own lake area is possible free of charge.

Individually and comfortably furnished apartment for two in a tastefully converted farmhouse with a fantastic garden. Very quiet. Various outdoor seating, depending on the position of the sun and personal preferences. In the middle of the Lauenburg Lake District, 4.5 km to Lake Schaal, 4 km to the nearest swimming area at Lake Piper. 10 minutes to Mölln or Ratzeburg, 30 minutes to Lübeck, 45 minutes to Hamburg and Schwerin. Accessible by public transport. Bus in front of the house.

Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding highways. Unfortunately, the railway line is currently closed. Please ask DB on request.

Quartier13 - Vacation apartment in Mölln

Our modern apartment, Quartier13, was newly renovated in 2021 and equipped according to the latest standards. This is located on the ground floor and is freely accessible through a separate entrance. The apartment also has a small garden with seating and a grill. The location of the apartment is a quiet street in the middle of a residential area. This has the advantage that the center of Mölln, as well as forest trails and lakes can be reached quickly and easily.

A wooden house built in 2019 in Scandinavian style near Zarrentin am Schaalsee (about 4 km to the beach) with modern furnishings and a large sun terrace facing south. The vacant room will be equipped with 2x 90 cm beds until it is rented, which can be put together as needed. There is also a spacious carport with a parking space. More cars can park on the property.
