The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Beautiful large roof terrace, garage for your car, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and otherwise sufficient space! The reception was very warm and we found everything very nice. The nights were quiet, during the day planes and the nearby main road can cause noise, there are also a few yappers in the neighborhood at home, but it did not bother us, we recovered wonderfully! We had a great stay with our family! We were received very friendly and everything was as in the description. Our children particularly liked the location next to the horse farm. We were only there for two nights, but would have liked to stay longer. The area around Lake Maggiore is fantastic!

We felt very comfortable at Susanna's. The apartment is located in a small charming village and you are 3 minutes away from a pebble beach section of the lake, which was perfect for our dog! The apartment has everything you need and the bed is nice and big and comfortable. Susanna even allowed us to arrive earlier and she is very warm!

The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Giulio was a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on and led us to some great meals. We also booked a boat ride through his boating company, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.

Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

A wonderful and welcoming home in Brezzo. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful house, clean and spacious. Brezzo is a lovely town but you do need a car, it's not very walkable and not too close to amenities. Very close to some wonderful spots and insightful WWI historical sites. Roberta is a super nice host and everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, even the weather 😊 The flat is excellent value for money, spacious, spotlessly clean in a quiet yet strategic area to visit Lago Maggiore. Claudia was responsive and gave us tips including on motorboat rental. There is a big and free parking area just across the road. Will be back!

Another great find in Sesto for both work and pleasure. Emanuele's place is ideal for one or two, close enough to everywhere but very well equipped throughout; not to mention some great little treats. I will be returning.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. Communication with Gloria via Airbnb was perfect. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended
