The space
This exquisite Costa Rican villa enjoys a beachfront location at Santa Teresa cove, just steps from the Florblanca hotel and minutes from Playa Hermosa. Nestled amid lush tropical trees and flowers yielding to Pacific ocean vistas, the villa offers ample alfresco living space for dining and relaxation, elegant and spacious interiors with beautiful rustic accents, and three bedroom suites accommodating six guests.
The arcaded veranda of white stone overlooks a rich blue swimming pool that leads your gaze toward the Pacific expanse. Enjoy enchanting days in the ocean breeze while sunbathing on elegant loungers and relaxing in the delicious pool. Stroll along your private stretch of beach and plunge into the crystalline water before returning to afternoon barbeques and alfresco meals.
Wide sets of doors open between the veranda and the villa's interior, allowing the home to breathe the ocean air. The seamless indoor/outdoor space provides a lovely setting for cocktail parties with guests or serene evenings with loved-ones. Enjoy home cooking in the gourmet kitchen and delectable feasts of local fare at the dining table.
