The space
Ipanema is an exquisite villa within the Las Palmas area in Punta Mita. Steps from the beach, the villa enjoys ocean vistas across the Island Green and third tee box of the famous Pacifico Golf Course. Six bedroom suites accommodate fourteen guests, providing ideal accommodations for large groups of friends and family reunions.

The villa's design enhances your experience of the exquisite natural surroundings, with ample terrace space, breezy interiors, and diverse amenities for sport and play. Savor the Pacific sun while floating in your private pool or relaxing on stylish loungers. Take the villa's bicycles and surfboards to the beach, and return in the afternoon to alfresco meals from the outdoor kitchen (which includes a grill, wet bar, prep area, and fridge). Sip cocktails in the lounge at sunset, and gather in the hot tub at night for a starlit soak.

Folding glass doors invite the ocean breeze into the villa's interiors, creating an enchanting flow of air between the lounge, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for the modern chef, while the interior dining room offers a lovely setting for classic Mexican feasts, with a circular wooden table, high ceilings, and an enchanting luminosity from its ample windows and wrought-iron chandelier.

Beyond your private haven, you're about a hundred paces from Punta Mita's private beach. Beyond the Las Palmas area, explore the famed surf village of Sayulita and enjoy an enchanting boat ride to the Marieta Islands.
