Welcome to our new Rosarito beach house! We have spent months renovating our home, inside and out, and are excited to share it with you! Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

With a large and heated pool you have direct access to the beach where, in season, you will see turtles that lay hundreds of eggs, right there in our yard. From the kitchen, its balcony as its three bedrooms will delight you with the sunrise and the moonrise. The large palapa at the roof offers unlimited views of the sea from the east to west and a spectacular sunset. In this house you will have memories that will last forever.

Fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom w/ private terrace facing the sea, 4.5 bathrooms, Lounge area facing the sea with games and TV, pool with sunbeds and bbq, direct access to the beach. "Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Watch for whales or simply enjoy the sun and the spectacular view. Cool off with a dip in the saltwater infinity pool or journey down the steps to the semi private beach. This truly is a gem of a property that perfectly balances privacy with proximity to the exciting town of Sayulita.

La Extraviada is our home in Mazunte. With a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the house is built on a hillside overlooking the quiet and majestic Mermejita Beach and is completely surrounded by nature, which makes it an exceptional refuge.
