Alta Vista is a world-class luxury villa retreat in the mountains of North Bali. At 5200 square metres, it is also one of the largest single villa properties in Bali. Alta Vista warmly welcome discerning guests who love verdant, cool mountain terrain and unspoiled Bali at its most pristine.

The space
Retreat to the lesser-traveled side of a tropical paradise at Alta Vista Bali Mountain Villa. Hidden away on its own hilltop in north Bali, this incredible vacation rental delivers a holiday unlike anything else on the island. Even better, its five bedroom pavilions and full staff deliver resort-worthy luxury in the ambience of a private residence.

Your stay at the villa includes the services of a chef, butler, property manager, housekeeper and round-the-clock security guard. Enjoy welcome refreshments and daily breakfast—and work it off with the help of the yoga. If you’re keen to simply relax, take advantage of the heated infinity pool, hot tub, sun loungers and firepit. There’s also a barbecue, sound system and Wi-Fi.

This one-of-a-kind property is spread out over more than an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, with a living and dining pavilion at its center. Here, an open-concept, open-sided great room welcomes friends and family with a sitting area, dining table for twelve and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has three bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, furnished balconies, air conditioning and ceiling fans. And each bedroom is set in its own pavilion on the grounds, giving couples the honeymoon-style privacy of their own space.

As its name suggests, Alta Vista Bali Mountain Villa commands sweeping views of the mountains all the way to the island’s north coast. Despite its lofty setting, however, it’s only a short drive to local attractions such as waterfalls, gardens, museums and temples. Tee off at the nearby course at Handara Golf and Resort Bali or plan a cultural excursion to the royal palace in Ubud. Wherever you go, you’ll be surrounded by the unspoiled landscape that truly makes this island magical.
