The upper floor impresses with beautiful, old wooden beams that preserve the original character of the building – however, please note that the beam height is relatively low, so people over 1.80 m should pay attention to their head. The quiet location overlooking the idyllic courtyard invites you to relax. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. For example, the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is old, and a slight musty smell can be detected, which very sensitive people should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.
