Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Luzerne County

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect—just minutes from Jim Thorpe and so many popular Poconos spots. Wendy truly thought of everything… literally everything. Her home was stocked, cozy, and welcoming in every way. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family and kept everyone entertained, especially since it rained the entire weekend. Even with the weather, we had a great time because there was so much to do inside. It was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and hands down the most comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to come back!

Amy’s Loveshack was amazing! Very clean and had everything you could need and more! Walking distance to the lake with lovely finishes throughout the house. It rained while we were there but the game room kept us plenty entertained and having the covered porch was perfect for a relaxing read! Beds were also super comfortable!! We had a peaceful getaway despite the weather! Thanks Amy, we hope to come back next year! This is such a good location for the Poconos— right off 476! One small note for those on a budget, the nearby grocery store/market is a little expensive and doesn’t have a super wide selection.

We had a great stay! Plenty of parking and good location. Enjoyed the hot tub and air hockey table. Easy drive to Jim Thorpe and whitewater rafting.

I really don’t think the description gives this location, It’s due credit. First, the host was very responsive and was very welcoming and helpful. Secondly, the house was absolutely beautiful with lots of space for a family. The outside had everything you need to stay in the house, but if you didn’t, please refer to the book as all the referred locations were a hit no matter the age . As well as the recommendation for food. If you are looking for a peaceful family environment with friendly neighbors, and lots of water activities this house is for you. I really believe this is one of the best place we stayed at thus far with so many things for families. Thank you to Mr. David The host who was beyond helpful, from beginning to end and did not hesitate to communicate and respond a reasonable time.

We enjoyed our stay, it was so relaxing! Everything was very accommodating and we barely needed to bring certain essentials! We loved seeing wildlife around us such as deer and turkey. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to stay here. We loved it!

Hospitality was worth more than 5 stars. Joe, Amy, and Steph are the best, they provide exactly what they described, no funny business. I appreciate their beautiful home with quality amenities. My family was satisfied and will definitely book again in the future.

This home has become our go-to spot when visiting family - we’ve stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. It’s always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we need. The location is perfect, and the hosts are consistently responsive and welcoming. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We drove in from 3 different states for graduation weekend & stayed at this amazing apartment. Extremely spacious, but also many quaint gathering areas. Very clean, private, quiet & so much character. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not prepare meals there. We ate out one evening & hosted a catered graduation dinner the next.A perfect place for us to gather & celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We did hit the first 80° weekend of the year so window AC units weren’t in yet. A very quick message to Esther & her husband was there within 15 minutes installing them. Their response to messages & questions were amazing! Outstanding hosts! When booking I was unsure about the street parking, but there were always spots in front of & on the side of the house. This was excellent considering both University of Scranton & Marywood graduated the same weekend. We loved our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Esther was a delight to rent from! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. We love to try different places with extra charm, and this place didn’t disappoint! Jim and Dee went above and beyond thinking of all the little Things when they put together this little zen gem. Tons of detail, lots of extra touches, snacks, wine, the famous muffins! Jim gave us a rundown on the history of the pizza capital and surrounding areas. Communication was great, recommendations were spot on for our pizza hopping adventure. We enjoyed walking the cemetery too down the road. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are back in the area!

We loved everything about our stay here. So comfortable inside with beautiful finishes, comfy bedding and anything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to spread out, have 2 bathrooms to share, yet plenty of space to gather together. The hosts immediately responded to any questions making our stay stress free. We loved the lake view, sat by the pond in the back and drank coffee on the deck in the sun. Highly recommend Derek and Ronnie’s place and would definitely return when in the area again!

This was my second stay at Rob’s place, and once again it was a great experience. The house, tucked away in the Green Ridge area of Scranton, is quiet, charming, and full of character. It has that cozy, old-home feel that’s both welcoming and comfortable. Rob is a very attentive host—quick to respond and clearly thoughtful about making sure everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

It was exactly what we needed for a quick night of rest while on a long road trip. The host was very responsive and helpful!

We just needed a place to stay on our way home, and so I chose this little place because it was cheaper than the big brand hotels and allowed our dog. So glad we did! Comfy beds and furniture, and honestly, the pictures do not do this home justice! The parking was a little confusing, but easily accessible once we figured that out. It was a little warm upon arrival but the window units quickly made it comfortable and the overhead chandeliers doubled as ceiling fans and that helped. We walked our dog in the neighborhood and felt completely comfortable. Also, a huge bonus, we tried the little coffee shop literally across the street -- Mansour's Market -- and loved it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive; their baked goods looked amazing; and our breakfast was delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich on a hard roll with Cooper cheese and bacon and am still thinking about it. Don't hesitate to stay here. Cute place!

Sage tower was a comfortable peaceful place to stay in Berwick. We were close to all the activities and shopping we wanted to do. I recommend the apartment highly. Brian was helpful and responsive when we had questions.

It was a great trip and great house! Lots of bed rooms and space! So many recommendations for different restaurants and activities! Darci was very responsive and always very quick to reply!

The cabin is in a great location with backyard access to a public playground and only a 4-minute walk to Lake Harmony. The cabin is cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids had some really fun time. Meg was very friendly and helpful. She is very responsive and communicates clearly.

This was our second stay and everything was just as great as the last time. The covered porch was perfect during the rainy parts of the weekend. The proximity to the lower parking lot for the Falls Trail can't be beat, it's only a few minutes down the road, making it really easy to beat the crowds. We will definitely return for a third trip some time in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin right across from the lake. The space is incredibly cozy with excellent use of every square foot available. The loft was an unexpected highlight for us. We spent time there chatting and watching the light filter through the trees. During the rainy weather, it was so peaceful and meditative to listen to the raindrops on the skylight. Our kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and were thrilled with the amazing collection of board games and toys provided. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. The location couldn't be better! We walked to Piggys from the cabin, and grocery shopping was convenient with a store just a mile away. We also took advantage of the proximity to Hickory Run State Park for some great hiking, and Jim Thorpe was only 30 minutes away. Unfortunately, the rainy weather kept us from enjoying the patio and firepit, but we could see how wonderful those would be.

The site was beautiful and the cabin was clean. Jeff was very helpful and responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Would happily stay again. Close to many family friendly activities like scenic train rides and the zoo. full kitchen made it easy to feed family. only recommendation would be if you have very young children to bring a child gate.

Beautiful home, and a gorgeous property. The only confusion came with the air conditioning in the house, it doesn’t seem like there is central AC (not that we could find anyway) and there was no window units but it was cool enough outside we could open windows and keep the house cool. But that is a small issue we really weren’t too worried about since there were fans in the house. Other than that the house is phenomenal and we had no complaints. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear. Would absolutely stay here again
