Bungalow holiday rentals in Luzon

this is my 4th time vising Jean-Marie's place. We didnt get to stay at the main house in this trip, but still the experience is great. Peaceful surrounding and great beach. Planning my next trip to this place soon.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Felt like we are at our own home. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a store across the house where you can buy food and other things. We will definitely book again.

This place was great! There was designated parking for our vehicle, and our pets were warmly welcomed and well-accommodated. We were even allowed to check in a bit early, and they prepared the room for us ahead of time. Ate Norbie was extra helpful too. It was a peaceful and quiet spot—perfect for me and my family to relax. Salamat po!

We had an amazing stay at SOAB. The rooms are big enough for our group. A plus point for air conditioning each room. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we enjoyed having barkada conversations on the porch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect—close to this rustic restaurant, Naro, which was located at the front area of the house. It was very convenient because they serve coffee and cocktails 😊. Another plus is the beach front which is only 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway with friends and family. We will definitely come back!!

This bungalow had everything we needed—we loved the peaceful and private beachfront access. It’s peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our kids and dogs had a great time during our two-night stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and both bathrooms were decent and clean. The beach had a fine sand(not a white sand) but not rocky and the water was just right for swimming, especially to kids! Big thanks to Marvin for being helpful and kind to us during our stay. I think it's already our 3rd or 4th time staying at this place. Maganda and maaliwalas ang place that's why go to place na namin na dalhin here ang parents pag magbakasyon sila dito sa San Pablo. Owners are very accommodating and madali po kausap. Security personnels sa gate were nice as well. Will come back for sure and recommend it to others as well. 👍🏻

The place is spacious and enough for 20-25pax. The place is not situated on main road. Car/service is necessary to reach the place. But will aim for serenity and peaceful vibe. Will really have a chance to bond with friends/family. Thank you.

We only stayed one night, but it was a very good and comfortable stay we had at Jhun's place. Very much value for money. The place is very quiet yet conveniently located to various sites, restos, etc. Jhun is also very responsive so when I had questions he would answer quickly. His place is highly recommended!

My parents loved their stay in Bungalow Transient House during the holidays for the Holy Week. Considering that my mother is in wheelchair, we were able to work our way around their house with ease. My father and my brothers enjoyed the staycation. They enjoyed the strong internet connection and other amenities in the house. Overall, we were able to bring our comfort of our own home in the transient house in Sorsogon. Highly recommended and definitely we will book again.

Great location for travellers.. close to Matnog port, ticketing office and processing. Perfect area to wait for your queue. Aircon is very efficient, cooling is great. toilet/bathroom has a good design. It would be great if the basic toiletries were provided especially toilet tissue and maybe just a small basic soap for hand washing. But overall it was great!

My family had a great stay and will definitely recommend the place. Value for money!
