The house has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. Jede Einheit in dem Doppelhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer), einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse mit einem kleinem Garten. Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Schuppen untergestellt werden. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei/Metzgerei sowie einen Kanuverleih.

We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (federal waterway) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2 m double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are plenty of parking spaces. The jetty is located on the city lake under the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.
