Holiday rentals with a patio in Lympstone

We had a wonderful stay, the studio was very cosy and had all that we needed including some croissants and snacks provided by Elisabeth. It is a very peaceful area. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and found Branscombe a great base for days out in Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. I would highly recommend a stay here. Elisabeth was very welcoming and friendly.

Lovely, clean, warm and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Dan was very accommodating, and quick to answer questions. Very happy.

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

It is a very quiet location with great views of the coast and sea. A short hilly walk into Dawlish where the river runs through and the black swans swim. We enjoyed our stay very much.

WOW, what an amazing place. Everything you needed including coffee, tea, sugar, milk and some yummy biscuits. Spotlessly clean and a really comfy bed. Fantastic views across to the sea, especially nice when we sat out with a glass of wine 😁. Tina was such a lovely host, so friendly and helpful, and if we needed anything we only had to ask. Everything about this accommodation was lovely. All the linen, towels etc appeared brand new and the accommodation was so clean. Loved the outdoor area with table and chairs. So nice to sit in the sun having our breakfast, looking at the lovely garden. We didn't cook at all in the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you would need. Would highly recommend.

Great modern home, lots of space with bathrooms for each floor. Super clean and tidy. We didn't stay long but would be more than happy to stay again for longer in future.

The Annexe is lovely: clean lines, lovely ambience, delightful private patio, comfortable beds and the dog was also well catered for with bowls, a towel and treats! The owners were most helpful and dealt with our queries with patience and good humour. Highly recommended on all counts.

We really enjoyed our stay, very close walking distance to the beach and lots to do in the surrounding areas! The cottage is gorgeous, would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotlessly clean, bright, and beautifully kept — with a lovely welcome pack and plenty of local information provided. The beds were really comfortable, and both the bathroom and kitchen were modern and well-equipped, with all the essentials thoughtfully included (like salt, pepper, foil, etc.). The location couldn’t be better — just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach and close to a charming high street full of shops, cafés, and pubs. It was also really easy to find and check in. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made everything feel effortless. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Great place with amenities close by. Close to city yet still a nice quiet area. Great directions and instructions made. Just what we needed for a short city break.

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

Great stay at Quay House. Plenty of space for everyone to be together. Bedrooms were great, it worked well with 3 generations staying together. Everywhere was clean Topsham is a great town. We didn’t use our cars during our stay. We got the train to Exeter one day then explored Topsham for the rest of our stay. Outdoor swimming pool in the town was a bonus.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Pete and Sue were absolutely fantastic hosts, taking the time out to speak with my and my partner and recommending places nearby. The annex was absolutely beautiful, clean and neutrally decorated making it the perfect place to unwind and relax with the added bonus of the balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed enjoying the sun on. The scones, cream and jam was a really nice touch along with the croissants at breakfast although we totally forgot to bring them. That’s fine, just means we’ll have to visit again soon! A very tasteful modern and pristine apartment with the most amazing views along the Jurassic Coast - what a place to relax. It is reasonably close to the beautiful town of Lyme Regis walking however the return journey is challenging and is not for everyone. It is so convenient though for the many walking routes in the area which we really enjoyed. Thanks Melanie and David for wonderful stay ( loved your new lawn mower David, we might have to get one too! )

We really enjoyed our stay in Buddleigh Salterton. Check in was easy and Jan met us and showed us the apartment and left us a cream tea which was much appreciated. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed. Jan gave us some recommendations of where to eat and where to go which was helpful. The apartment was really close to the coastal path and an easy walk in to Buddleigh Salterton and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back another time.

This really is a gem of a place. So stylish yet homely. It is off a fairly bisy road, but you didn’t notice that at all when inside. It’s a little oasis with a beautifully mature garden. We slept really well and would stay here again without any questions. Parking was super easy too.

Lyme Nook is a stylish, comfortable and well located apartment. The host's communications and recommendations were excellent. A beautiful, tranquil location next to the river and within easy walking distance to the sea front, restaurants and other attractions at Lyme Regis. Would definitely recommend!
