Monthly Rentals in Lynch Station

Annie was so accommodating--we needed to arrive earlier than check-in and she was quick to respond and able to work with the cleaning crew for a nominal fee to get everything ready early. The home was clean--2 parking spaces right in front--comfortable beds--wonderful!

This little apartment is actually a lot nicer than the photos suggest. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the countryside, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Brianna is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly nice, responsive, and personable; they made us feel genuinely welcomed from the start. Communication was easy, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with a personal touch!

Amy is a wonderful host! She’s very clear about her check in and check out instructions. Amy regularly sends messages to make sure you have the best stay possible. Without asking, she provided snacks and local recommendations. Additionally, she makes it very clear that this is a sectioned off space in her home and that she has children. You will likely hear some footsteps now and then. Maybe even a laugh or two. If you’ve ever lived in an apartment or college dorm, you’ve experienced this. Likely much worse. For the cost and the consideration, it’s easy to handle the sound of a few steps in the night. 10/10 would recommend staying here!
