Enjoy a stay in our wonderful town house, which is situated in a very quiet and peaceful place right next to the iconic beach Bellevue and the beautiful park Dyrehaven, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. The house is also right next to a train station that will take you to the centre of Copenhagen in 10 min. In front of the house there is a courtyard, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, and in the back yard there are also a table and chairs and a big trampoline.

In the house you will find a cozy and homely atmosphere that exudes love. The house's many living rooms provide ample opportunity to relax without sitting on top of each other. Our beautiful orangery is amazing all year round, but especially in spring and late summer, where you can sit sheltered from the sometimes cool wind and really feel the sun's light and warmth. In the garden you will find several atmospheric terraces, lovely grass areas and several beautiful flower beds.

Cosy two-storey appartment (90 sqm) in high-end area close to DTU. All is small: entrance, kitchen with dining area, livingroom: open for sun-bathing. Common balcony outside of kitchen. Safe environment. Beautiful forrests surround Søllerød. Basic shopping within the area. Close to public transportation. Can be shared by a family or by 3-4 people (sharing a Queen size bed😊) Please notice! My cat stays in the appartment. He has his own entrance, but must be fed every day😊
