With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

The cabin is located in a remote location with a fantastic view and good sun conditions throughout the day. Here you can really enjoy the evening sun. The cabin has a brand new kitchen from IKEA. Several great hiking trails right next to the cabin. Frisbee golf course nearby. Electric car chargers available on site. Toys and Nintendo Switch for children. Playground just 30 meters from the cabin.

Her får du ro, sjøluft og vakre soloppganger, samtidig som du er bare 10 minutter unna både Lyngdal og Spangereid med restauranter, butikker og aktiviteter. Om du ønsker en rolig helg i boblebadet, en aktiv ferie med turer og fisking, eller et besøk til den verdensberømte undervannsrestauranten Under, så har du alt innen rekkevidde. Just a few minutes walk to the swimming area and great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. As well as private parking.

Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
