Skipperhuset

Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The skipper's house was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In cooperation with local painting company we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood etc. The skipper house has a natural space on the farm and is walled with the brewery house that has renovated the baking oven.

Rural Southern House - Cottage

Restored older southern house with lots of charm! The house is located by itself in scenic surroundings, with direct access to several popular hiking trails. Access to private gapahuk a little walk away. At the same time, it is only 2 km to Lyngdal city center, the stadium, Sørlandsbadet and the beach at Rosfjord. It is best suited for 5, but the possibility of an additional mattress. Includes: 1st floor - living room, dining room, kitchen with gravel, bathroom with shower, entrance and laundry room. 2nd floor - 2 bedroom and hallway/loft.

Large functional house with Jacuzzi. Private beach line

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Villa Trolldalen

Newly renovated ,stylish and functional annex in central Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area,but appears well sheltered and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice little and warm patio and enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and everything in the center. It is also close to restaurants and culture/open air offerings. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.

Hytten er fullt møblert og inneholder det meste av det du måtte trenge for å få et fantastisk opphold inkl. en Weber gassgrill på den solrike terrassen. 2 soverom totalt med sengeplasser til 7 personer+ (mulighet for ekstra madrasser). Koselig anneks med soverom og master bedroom med dobbeltseng og loftseng i hytten.

Sør-Norge - Finsland - In the middle of Everywhere

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Modern Cottage, Views, Short to Beach, WIFI

Modern cabin with good sun conditions. Has a high standard, is child friendly and is located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seating for about 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor zones. On the fire pit you can prepare barbecue food or use as a cuddle in late evenings. Lots of nice activities in the nearby area - hiking, fishing from jetty, swimming, fire pit on nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to Dyreparken (Kristiansand).

Basement apartment central in family friendly smallholding

Rooms in basement with bathroom and toilet room are rented. Studio kitchen in laundry room. Suitable for two people (max 3) in small double bed (108 cm x 187 cm) with possibility for extra bed. Feel free to let us know when booking if you want an extra bed. Family of 5 lives in the house. The place is family friendly with cats and hens, in addition to a large garden with several seating areas. Good hiking and swimming facilities nearby and close to shop and bus stop. Free parking.
