Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lynmouth

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

Just had 4 nights at the West Wing, it was well presented and had its own character and charm. We loved the surroundings and most definitely loved the fresh eggs for breakfast. The hosts were great and we immediately felt relaxed and at home. I would highly recommend a visit.

We booked this for a special birthday for 3 generations of the family The house was beyond our expectations! So well equipped and very clean The views were absolutely amazing Our 3 grandsons loved it and especially the visit to feed the animals and were very excited to collect the eggs Samantha was a fabulous host and we would fully recommend her house and we would love to return again

We chose this venue as it was recommended by Upton Barnes’s wedding venue where my son and his fiance were getting married. We were able to accommodate all of my side of the family for the wedding and the newly married couple joined us on Sunday to entertain members of the wedding party With a cooked breakfast followed by a barbecue lunch. There was plenty of space seating and parking for the approximately 25 people who visited us over the day.. Tracey was very helpful host and the house was equipped extremely well a three-year-old grandson had an enormous range of toys to entertain him. I cannot recommend this property more highly

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Clean, great views, peaceful setting and a perfect base for walking the south west coast path. Ken and Laura were excellent hosts and gave us lots of local information. We hope to return again soon. Highly recommend.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . I wanted to share our recent experience staying at Heatherdown in Croyde, where we celebrated the 80th Birthdays of two family members. Heatherdown was absolutely perfect, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our family gathering. One of the highlights was the stunning location. The scenic views of Croyde's picturesque coastline were breathtaking from the house. We enjoyed walks to the beach and the proximity to the local amenities made it easy for us to explore. The host was always available to answer any questions prior to and during our stay. Overall, our stay in Croyde was a truly memorable experience as we celebrated this special milestone. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories we created and would highly recommend Heatherdown to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in a charming beautiful location. Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Very neat flat in the middle of Woolacombe. Pubs, restaurants, coffee houses and shops all within short walking distance. The are has so many walks and running routes as well as great swimming and surfing so great for active folk. Will definitely look to see if available again as this place is perfect for the area

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

I had a lovely last-minute stay at Liz’s place — it was absolutely perfect for a quiet night away. It had everything and more needed for it. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed. Liz was so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would 100% return. Highly recommend!

Lovely two nights in this hidden gem. We were late bookers and delighted with location, accommodation and hosts. For the two of us and our hound it was perfect; we received a welcome greeting and the treats were a lovely surprise. Shame for us we only had two nights there.

A truly excellent find and great Air BnB that truly matches it's charming , historic and quirky description . We loved the historic quirkiness of the apartment which gave it some character and a very homely feel . It was also extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need in plentiful supply too which was of really good quality (some of the cutlery was the same as ours). Mark was a great host , helpful, friendly , welcoming, really communicative and made us feel at home when showing us round with the lovely bonus of the adorable dogs . The apartments is on a busy road and next to Vivray Park but it was so quiet and just a 5 minute walk to the town centre making it a great base to explore Taunton and the surrounding area . Will certainly recommend this apartment .

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

A fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. The place was stylish, very comfortable and oozed quality. Jose was a very responsive, friendly host. The guests I brought had a perfect first stay in Topsham and are already planning their next visit.

Great 2 day break away. A bit dated, but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfy.

Nile are a awesome man how help me a lot. My plan with the without the house couldn’t take me and my friends, so we were standing without anywhere to live thanks to Neil. My wife didn’t divorce me.

A madcap feast for the eyes! If you want a standard Airbnb filled full of IKEA then this place isn’t for you. If you want an authentic (and original) experience in a great location - then book it. Open fires, art, antiques, the sea all make up the DNA of Appledore and typify Myrtle Cottage as a microcosm of North Devon’s prettiest fishing village (that you don’t have to pay to visit!)

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.

I visited with a family of 9. It was a lovely place, we all felt right at home. Everything was well described in the listing and even better in real than the photos. I highly recommend Simon’s place If you wish to explore Cardiff and surrounding areas. It is a convenient location to station yourself in the city.
