A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

Our house, nestled in the heart of the village of Vancia, behind the church, allows a comfortable and quiet stay with family, friends or colleagues. It is located 2 km from Espace 140, 12 km from Eurexpo, 12 km from the heart of Lyon. In terms of transport: - public transport (bus stop 200 m away; Part-Dieu station 12 km away) - A6 and A7 highways accessible via the Rocade EST de Lyon It is also possible to jog in the surrounding fields and woods!

It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
