The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Beautiful renovated "canut", very comfortable.

Idéal pour découvrir Lyon, cet appartement est rénové avec des matériaux haut de gamme... Très atypique mur en pierre plafond de « canut » beaucoup de cachet avec une belle pièce à vivre, une cuisine équipée, salle d’eau avec wc , chambre en mezzanine... Très bien équipé, vous trouverez tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ( plaque induction, micro onde et four Samsung, cafetière,...)Tout est fourni, les draps, serviettes, café, thé… Pour le bien être des habitants, les soirées sont interdites.

Welcome to our home, you're at home! Charming 67 m2 apartment, bright, on the 8th floor in an extremely quiet residence. Triple exposure, stunning views of the Basilica of Fourvière and the Monts du Lyonnais. Opposite the Gallo-Roman Theatre, 2-minute walk to the Fourvière funicular, 10-minute walk to the Saint Jean district (historic center). Very easy to park for free, max 400 m from the apartment, spaces always available. In summer the apartment is cool and airy.
