Waterfront holiday rentals in Lyons

The property was perfect for our visit with two couple. Walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. On sight parking was really helpful. Communications were quick and useful. We loved Golden and will be back!

Wonderful place and great location; well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Owner even assisted us ahead of time since our original unit that hot tub wasn’t working and moved us to a unit that was working. Very appreciative and would 100% stay again!

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

Would definitely stay here again. The location and riverfront was awesome!

Laurie’s spot is absolutely perfect! The views are unbeatable, offering a stunning panorama of the lake and mountains. It’s conveniently located near RiverRun Village and Dillon, making it easy to explore. We had a great time skiing, walking around the lake, and even swimming. The condo was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Very convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean, comfortable and modern. Caroline was very responsive, helpful and proactive. I hope to visit again!

Our family time was met with such a serene place with lots to do. Matthew provided games, and items throughout the home to make our stay comfortable. We all enjoyed our time out by the lake, fishing, and our visits from the lakes wildlife. We would definitely recommend Matthew's place for family time or just a private get away.

Nice cozy home that was so peaceful. We loved hearing the river every day. Only minutes from town and RMNP. The host left clear instructions and recommendations for eating and shopping. Would love to stay there again the next time we make it to Estes Park.

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

This place was great! It was remote and beautiful. Phillip and Paige were great hosts. They had lots of amenities like toothpaste, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and laundry soap. We did not need to buy anything extra. It would have been nice to have another 1/2 bath since we had three families and a total of 10 people. The master suite was awesome! There were TVs in every bedroom and one in the basement. An additional TV in the kitchen/family room would have been handy. All in all, we would recommend this place and the hosts. Super fun week!

this was my second time staying at mark's place and it was as wonderful as the time before. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, the home feels private and peaceful, elk walk beside the property, mark is informative and friendly, the house is cozy and comfortable.

Absolutely breathtaking. As a person that lives in the city most of the time this is the perfect getaway. The sounds of the river drowned out all previous stress and it’s full of fish as well. Will be coming back and I am thankful for the owner being super communicative. Very happy.

Do not pass up this hidden gem! If you want peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, and love fishing and water activities, book it now! Our hosts were amazing and the lakehouse was everything we wanted for our staycation. Every day (our stay was the end of May) we saw moose, blue heron, deer, humminbirds and a variety of other wild birds. The hot tub was perfect and the house has everything you need to cook your own meals, grill and just relax. We will most definitely be back!

This is a beautiful home with beautiful views. The river flow is so peaceful to hear while outdoors and even while standing at the kitchen sink washing dishes with the window open. The owner is very friendly and even got me into her spa for a full body massage last minute. I will be booking with her if I am in the area again and would 10/10 recommend this beautiful home if your looking for somewhere to stay!

Really nice condo, gorgeous surroundings in the mountains. Very peaceful and serene area, we absolutely loved our stay. The actual condo building itself is dated and not fancy, however this condo is updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a group of four, 2 adults and 2 teens, and we all slept well in the comfy beds and felt refreshed for our adventurous days. We made dinner in the condo each night and had some really memorable family time together. Highly recommend and we will be back if we're ever lucky enough to return to the rockies!

Nice space, easy parking, good kitchen. Safeway close by for groceries and a nice back deck for sitting. Great spot to spend a few days as your home base while enjoying the parks nearby.

Location, Location, Location! Todd’s condo is just about five minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park—perfect for our family, who planned to explore it the next day. It’s also just steps from beautiful Grand Lake. There’s a seating area on the front porch that made the perfect spot for morning coffee. Parking is free and plentiful—we were able to park right in front of the rental, which made loading and unloading super convenient. A quick walk around to the other side of the building leads you to local shops and dining spots. Don’t miss the wonderful bakery about a block away on the corner—they serve a tasty breakfast and sell delicious pastries. Todd was incredibly responsive to my booking request, and his communication throughout was fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Four adults stayed comfortably for one night. Both the bed and the pull-out couch were comfortable, and the bathroom had a large shower with a handheld shower wand.

Great location, both from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There’s a great restaurant right next door and. Safeway grocery just down the road. Breathtaking views with a river running through the backyard. Occasionally elk would meander through!

Great location! We aren’t skiers so off-season was perfect. Peaceful, quiet, just a couple of shops open during the”mud season”. Access to plenty of trails!

My son and I almost didn’t make the trip due to a last minute emergency; however, I am so glad we didn’t cancel. The condo was a great size for us! The best part was the sounds and view of Fall River right outside our back patio. It was just what I envisioned and the property wasn’t too busy/crowded. The location was perfect as well. For our first time visiting Estes Park, I’d say we found quite the gem with this place. Although we didn’t use them, it was nice they provided box fans. The bonus item we didn’t know we needed was the sound machine 🤭. I also enjoyed the hot tea collection. Great hosts, great space, great trip. Jen and Cameron
