The place is magical and enchanting, unless you like sounds other than those of birds. For those who love the elegant sparkle of a beautiful countryside surrounded by vineyards, with a very beautiful village and all friendly people (special thanks to the Bar tabac), it is a find. The accommodation is very well arranged and furnished, the terrace and its umbrella perfect for enjoying the Paleine bubble. I regret what I just wrote, because I think I will make other people want to visit this corner of paradise. I'm happy for Alexandra and Théodore, but... I'll probably have to plan to book further in advance when I want to go back. Too bad, it's been said!

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated. Very well equipped, whether in the kitchen, the garden, or even for children. Very comfortable bedding. Impeccable cleaning. The garden is very well maintained. We had a great weekend, the host was really available and responsive by message, thank you again.

Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

This accommodation is independent, very clean, and has a terrace. The bathroom is spacious, the bedroom too. The hosts are concerned about your comfort, and caring. They live upstairs and are available to help you if needed. You will find many brochures in the kitchen to help you visit the surroundings. To conclude, this accommodation is perfectly operational for a stopover, and you will be well received!

This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of old Saumur, but incredibly quiet and peaceful. Everything you need to self cater in the kitchen, with an excellent layout and comfortable bed too. Despite temperatures of 30c it was possible to keep the rooms cool due to the old stone walls and shutters. Karolyn was especially helpful when we had difficulties with the internet. The only slight problem might be if you have a lot of luggage to carry from the street through the courtyard into the apartment. We hope to return!

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
