Once again, the apartment was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. It has easy access, very quiet , great location. Every time I return to Cairo, it will be my first choice to stay.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic as well, conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets. What really stood out was the hosts’ responsiveness! They replied almost instantly to any questions we had and were always ready to help. Thank you palm stays, I had a great stay!

A nice, clean apartment, in a quiet place, close to services

I stayed at Mo's place for a couple weeks and it was great. Clean, tidy and cozy space. Mo was helpful with answering any questions I had and responded quickly. Highly recommend staying here as it's close to plazas and restaurants, the area felt safe and the gates are locked at night so you can only access by using a key. I had a great time!

The apartment we add, rank and the area is safe in which there are station services, a shop, a shop, restaurants nearby, and Ahmed is a very cooperative person and I thank him personally for all the services they provided to us

What a wonderful stay here at Rehab. The apartment is setup in a western style community. Shops with everything you could possibly need is available. Everything was accurate and as advertised. Ahmed was an excellent host. He graciously accommodated our last-minute request and was very responsive throughout our stay. The home was in a residential neighborhood, which made us feel safe and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store - super convenient! We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at this brand new penthouse. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Shady was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The compound itself is fantastic — very secure, with great amenities including a private supermarket and pharmacy exclusively for residents. There’s also a Hyde Out area with a variety of restaurants, as well as football, tennis, and padel courts. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end, comfortable stay in Cairo. I’ll definitely be booking the same penthouse again next time I’m in town! Thank you so much Shady!
